Add boiling water to dry gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add cranberry sauce; stir until melted. Stir in cold water.
Refrigerate 1-1/4 hours or until gelatin mixture is slightly thickened. Meanwhile, combine graham crumbs, butter and 1/4 cup sugar; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch dish. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Beat cream cheese and remaining sugar in large bowl with whisk until well blended. Stir in 3 cups whipped topping. Spread over crust.
Stir oranges into gelatin mixture; pour over cream cheese layer.
Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
Serve topped with the remaining whipped topping.
Prepare recipe as directed, using Neufchatel cheese and frozen lite whipped topping, and decreasing the butter to 6 Tbsp.
Place completely unwrapped package of cream cheese on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 15 sec. or just until cream cheese is slightly softened.
Prepare using 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) cranberry gelatin
