Separate cookie halves, leaving cream filling on one half of each cookie. Spread plain cookie halves with jam. Reassemble cookies.
Cover baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread tops of cookies with semi-sweet chocolate; place, chocolate sides up, in single layer on prepared baking sheet. Top with sprinkles.
Refrigerate 5 min. or until firm.
Prepare recipe as directed, except use the round NUTTER BUTTER Cookies, and omit the orange sprinkles. Refrigerate 10 min. or until semi-sweet chocolate is firm. Melt 2 oz. orange candy coating wafers as directed on package. Use to decorate cookies to resemble basketballs. Let stand until orange coating is firm.
Microwave 1 oz. white chocolate and 1-1/2 tsp. peanut butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec.; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Drizzle over tops of cookies before adding sprinkles. Alternately, melt 2 Tbsp. peanut butter chips. Use instead of the melted white chocolate/peanut butter mixture.
Prepare using your favorite flavor of jam, preserves or jelly.
