Makes 36 servings.
Heat oven to 350°F.
Mix cake mix, peanut butter, water and egg until well combined. Press mixture onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 10 min. Top with half the chopped cookies, the chocolate chips and condensed milk. Bake an additional 15 min. Top with remaining cookies; bake 5 min.
Cool completely. Refrigerate 1 hour before cutting into bars.
