Heat oven to 350°F.
Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray. Prepare brownie batter as directed on package; pour into prepared pan.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and peanut butter in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.
Drop large spoonfuls of cream cheese mixture over brownie batter; spread carefully to completely cover brownie batter with cream cheese mixture. Top with chopped cookies.
Bake 40 to 45 min. or until center is almost set. Cool completely.
Refrigerate 3 hours. Use foil handles to remove dessert from pan before cutting into bars.
Melt semi-sweet chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over bars. Top with sprinkles. Let stand until chocolate is firm.
Use a non-serrated knife to cut the dessert into bars.
Use sprinkles in the color(s) of your favorite team. Or, use a mixture of colored sprinkles, using the colors of the two teams playing.
