Ingredient list
2 oz. brick cream cheese, softened
¼ cup butter, softened
2 tsp. zest and 2 Tbsp. juice from 1 orange
2 cups powdered sugar

Directions

Beat cream cheese, butter, orange zest and juice in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Gradually add sugar, mixing well after each addition.

Refrigerate 1 hour.

Spoon cream cheese mixture into pastry bag fitted with star tip. Use to pipe cream cheese mixture onto wafers just before serving, adding about 1 tsp. cream cheese mixture to each wafer.

VariationIf you don't have a pastry bag, you can instead use a plastic bag to pipe the cream cheese mixture onto the wafers. Spoon cream cheese mixture into resealable plastic bag. Cut small piece off one bottom corner of bag, then use to pipe cream cheese mixture onto wafers.
