NILLA Holiday Peppermint Trees
These adorable mini Christmas trees are the best dessert bites for your holiday party! Your guests will never guess they took only 15 minutes to prep.
Ingredient list
- ½ tsp. peppermint extract
- 1½ cups thawed frozen lite whipped topping
- 36 NILLA Wafers
- 2 Tbsp. chocolate spread
- 1 tsp. assorted holiday sprinkles or colored sugars
Directions
Stir extract into whipped topping; spoon into pastry bag fitted with star tip.
Spread top sides of 18 wafers with chocolate spread; cover with remaining wafers, bottom sides down. Place on parchment-covered baking sheet.
Pipe whipped topping mixture onto stacked wafers to resemble evergreen trees. Decorate with sprinkles.
