Dulce de Leche-Peanut Butter Topper
Serving tacos for a crowd? These Mexican inspired dessert bites only take 15 minutes to make the caramel, peanut butter and banana treats.
Ingredient list
- 1 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup thawed frozen lite whipped topping
- ½ cup dulce de leche, divided
- 9 HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, broken crosswise in half
- 1 large banana, cut into 18 slices
- ½ tsp. water
Directions
Whisk peanut butter and whipped topping until blended.
Spoon 2 Tbsp. caramel spread into microwaveable bowl; reserve for later use.
Spread remaining caramel spread onto graham squares; top with peanut butter mixture and banana slices.
Stir water into reserved caramel spread. Microwave on HIGH 15 sec.; stir. Drizzle over bananas.
