Monte Cristo RITZwich
Buttery RITZ Crackers are a great substitute for the fried exterior of this favorite sandwich, and the turkey, melted Swiss and raspberry jam go together perfectly!
Ingredient list
- 12 RITZ Crackers
- 4 Swiss cheese slices (3 oz.), each cut into 6 pieces
- 2 slices deli-style roasted turkey breast (1 oz.), each cut into 3 pieces
- 1 Tbsp. raspberry jam
Directions
Heat oven to 350°F.
Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with cheese.
Bake 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
Top 6 crackers with turkey and jam; cover with remaining crackers, cheese sides down, to make 6 sandwiches.
