Mini OREO Ice Cream Bites
Need a simple dessert recipe that everyone will love? Our easy ice cream bites are prepped in just 15 minutes with layers of OREO Cookie crust and ice cream.
Ingredient list
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Mini OREO Cookies, divided
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1½ qt. (6 cups) vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
Directions
Reserve 16 cookies for later use. Crush remaining cookies into fine crumbs; place in medium bowl. Add butter; mix well.
Press crumb mixture onto bottom of foil-lined 8-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Spread ice cream over crust; top with reserved cookies.
Freeze 2 hours before cutting dessert into bite-size pieces to serve.
