These two bite treats include all the flavors of the best tiramisu dessert, but in a mini! Creamy coffee and chocolate filling is sandwiched between NILLA Wafers.

Ingredient list
½ cup ricotta cheese
1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
½ tsp. orange zest
½ tsp. vanilla
¾ cup plus 1 Tbsp. miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
30 NILLA Wafers
1 pkg. (4 oz.) white baking chocolate

Beat first 4 ingredients with mixer until blended. Stir in 1 Tbsp. chocolate chips; spoon onto 15 wafers. Cover with remaining wafers to make 15 sandwiches.

Place in single layer in waxed paper-lined pan. Refrigerate 1 hour.

Melt white chocolate as directed on package. Dip sandwiches halfway into melted chocolate, then in remaining chocolate chips. Return to prepared pan.

Refrigerate 30 min. or until chocolate coating is firm.
Recipe Tips
NoteLike traditional cannoli, these are best served when the wafers are still crisp. If making these tasty treats more than 6 hours before serving, prepare the ricotta filling as directed then refrigerate until ready to spread onto the wafers an hour or so before serving.
SubstituteSubstitute 3/4 cup multi-colored or chocolate sprinkles, or chopped pistachios for the mini chocolate chips used for dipping.
