Makes 2 cups dip or 16 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip and 16 crackers each.
Place all ingredients except crackers in blender or food processor; blend until peppers are finely chopped and mixture is well blended. Spoon into serving bowl; cover.
Refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled.
Serve as a dip with the crackers.
