These bar cookies are the best of both worlds - vanilla blondies but filled with chocolate OREO Cookies! Bake up a batch for an easy dessert idea to share with friends.

Makes 24 servings.
Heat oven to 350°F.
Line 9-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray.
Split 10 cookies; scrape creme into small microwaveable bowl. Reserve for later use. Chop scraped cookies and remaining whole cookies. Remove 1/2 cup chopped cookies; reserve for later use.
Combine flour and baking powder. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Gradually add dry ingredients, mixing well after each addition. Stir in remaining chopped cookies. Spread onto bottom of prepared pan.
Top with reserved chopped cookies; press gently into dough to secure.
Bake 25 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean; cool completely.
Use foil handles to remove dessert from pan.
Microwave reserved creme on HIGH 15 to 30 sec. or just until melted; stir until creamy. Drizzle over dessert before cutting to serve.
