Using frozen honey bbq bite-size chicken pieces helps make these nachos come together oh so quickly. Just spread the chicken over cheese-topped WHEAT THINS, then add layers of chopped green peppers and more cheese and bake until cheese is melted.

Makes 12 servings.
Heat oven to 400°F.
Place chicken on foil-lined baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 15 to 20 min. or until done (165°F), turning after 10 min. Remove from oven.
Reduce oven to 350°F. Cover separate baking sheet with parchment; spray with cooking spray. Place single layer of WHEAT THINS, with sides overlapping slightly, on prepared baking sheet. Top with 1 cup cheese.
Cut chicken into 1/2-inch pieces; toss with 2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce. Spoon over topped WHEAT THINS; top with peppers and remaining cheese.
Bake 5 to 7 min. or until cheese is melted.
Drizzle with sour cream and remaining barbecue sauce before serving.
