1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. finely chopped fresh jalapeño peppers

12 thin Swiss cheese slices (1/4 lb.), each cut into 6 pieces
6 thin deli honey ham slices (3 oz.), each cut into 6 pieces

Mix first 3 ingredients until blended.

Place crackers, top sides down, in single layer on rimmed baking sheets; cover with cheese. Top 36 cheese-topped crackers with ham.
