For a great savory Mexican inspired appetizer, try these grilled tomatillo cracker sandwiches that feature grilled tomatillos with cream cheese between RITZ Crackers.
Ingredient list
- 48 RITZ Crackers
- ½ cup cream cheese spread
- 8 tomatillos, each cut into 6 slices, grilled
Directions
Spread 24 crackers with cream cheese spread.
Top with tomatillo slices.
Cover with remaining crackers to make 24 sandwiches.
