If your family loves chicken wings, try this crunchy version that coats spicy wings in hot sauce then a spiced mixture of cracker crumbs before baking.

Makes 8 servings, 2 wing pieces each.
Heat oven to 350°F.
Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Pour hot pepper sauce into small bowl. Combine cracker crumbs and dry seasonings in shallow dish.
Dip chicken, 1 piece at a time, into hot pepper sauce, then crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each chicken piece with each ingredient. Place in single layer on prepared baking sheet.
Bake 35 to 40 min. or until chicken is golden brown and done, turning after 20 min.
