33 OREO Cookies, divided
2 tsp. baking powder
1¼ cups milk
Directions

Heat oven to 350°F.

Spray 8-inch round pan with cooking spray. Cover bottom of prepared pan with parchment; spray parchment with cooking spray.

Reserve 3 cookies for later use. Crush remaining cookies into fine crumbs; place in large bowl. Stir in baking powder. Add milk; stir until well blended. Pour into prepared pan.

Chop 2 of the reserved cookies; sprinkle over batter in pan. Place remaining cookie in center of batter.

Bake 20 to 25 min. or until toothpick inserted around cookie in center comes out clean. Cool dessert 5 min. before transferring dessert from pan to wire rack. Cool to desired temperature.

Assemble dessert in prepared pan as directed. Microwave on HIGH 6 to 7 min. or until toothpick inserted around cookie in center comes out clean. Continue as directed.

Just cook 2 oz. chopped semi-sweet baking chocolate and 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream in saucepan on low heat until chocolate is completely melted and ganache is well blended, stirring frequently. Cool slightly before pouring over the cake. Let stand until ganache is firm
