  • 12 RITZ Crackers, crushed 
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower and red peppers), thawed, drained
  • 1 can (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • ½ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • ½ cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • ⅓ cup chopped onions
