Preheat oven to 375°F. Spread peaches evenly onto bottom of 8-inch square baking pan; set aside.
Mix graham crumbs, flour, sugar and cinnamon in medium bowl; cut in margarine with pastry blender or two knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle evenly over peaches.
Bake 25 min. or until browned. Cool slightly. Serve warm or cold topped with the yogurt.
