When fall comes, everything cinnamon touches becomes magical. Hot sauteed cinnamon apples top Neufchatel cheese in this perfect autumn appetizer.

Makes 14 servings, 2 Tbsp. spread and 5 crackers each.
Melt butter in medium skillet on medium heat. Add apples, stir until evenly coated. Cover; cook 5 min., stirring occasionally.
Stir in sugar and cinnamon; cook, uncovered, 1 to 2 min. or until sugar is melted and apples are evenly coated with sugar syrup, stirring frequently.
Place Neufchatel cheese on serving plate; top with apple mixture.
Serve with crackers.
The apples can be cooked ahead of time. Cool, then refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, microwave apples in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until heated through. Spoon over Neufchatel cheese. Serve with crackers as directed.
