Prepare cake batter and bake as directed on package for 24 cupcakes. Cool cupcakes 15 min. Remove from pans to wire racks; cool completely.

Spoon 1-1/4 cups whipped topping into small bowl. Tint remaining whipped topping with food coloring. Spread top of each cupcake with some of each color whipped topping to resemble a beach and the ocean. Sprinkle about 1 tsp. graham crumbs over white whipped topping on each cupcake for the sand.

Insert 1 small cocktail umbrella into beach area on each cupcake. Decorate cupcakes with remaining ingredients as shown in photo.

ShortcutSpoon each color of whipped topping into separate resealable plastic bag. Cut small corner off bottom of each bag, then use to squeeze the whipped topping onto tops of cupcakes.
Special ExtraFlatten additional marshmallows with rolling pin to resemble beach towels. Or you can instead cut wide soft candy ribbon into pieces for the towels.
