Ingredient list

1 pkg. (8 oz.) Neufchatel cheese, softened
1 cup light sour cream
4 tsp. reduced-sodium taco seasoning mix (about half of 1-oz. pkg.)
4 EACH yellow and white American cheese slices (about 0.8 oz. each)
1 small tomato slice
⅓ cup sliced black olives
1 red mini sweet pepper, ends trimmed, cut lengthwise in half

Directions

Heat oven to 350°F.

Mix Neufchatel cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning mix until blended; spread evenly onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.

Cut each cheese slice into 5 strips. Starting at one long side of pan, place cheese strips in lengthwise rows over Neufchatel cheese mixture to resemble the planks of a basketball court as shown in photo, cutting cheese strips as necessary to fit.

Top dip with tomato slice, olive slices and pepper pieces as shown in photo.

Bake 5 min. or until cheese is melted.

Serve with WHEAT THINS.
