Makes 6 servings, 3 topped crackers each.
Mix lime juice, chili powder and paprika until blended. Add to shrimp in medium bowl; toss to evenly coat shrimp with lime juice mixture.
Heat large heavy skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat. Add shrimp; cook 1 to 2 min. on each side or until shrimp turn pink. Remove from heat.
Spread crackers with guacamole.
Top with shrimp and remaining ingredients.
Add a little heat by substituting 1 serrano chile for the 2 mini sweet peppers, ground red pepper (cayenne) for the paprika, and/or Sriracha mayonnaise for the sour cream.
