Try these sophisticated appetizers with deli roast beef wrapped around asparagus spears on a hearty cracker and topped with horseradish sauce.

Makes 16 servings, 2 topped crackers each.
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, horseradish, mustard, lemon juice and 1 tsp. chives until blended.
Wrap 1 meat piece around each of 32 asparagus pieces; place on crackers. Discard or reserve remaining asparagus pieces for another use. (See Tip.)
Drizzle with horseradish sauce.
Sprinkle with lemon zest and remaining chives.
Substitute 1/3 cup prepared horseradish sauce for the homemade sauce.
Increase asparagus to 32 and use only the tips of the asparagus spears to prepare this recipe.
If the deli roast pieces are large, use fewer slices and cut them into thirds or smaller pieces.
