Tangy Lemon-OREO Strawberries
These fun berry bites are perfect for a spring shower! Fresh strawberries are filled with tangy lemon curd and topped with a mini OREO Cookie.
Ingredient list
- 12 strawberries, hulled
- 15 Mini Golden OREO Bite Size Cookies, divided
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. lemon curd
Directions
Cut bottom tips off strawberries; discard. Stand strawberries on plate.
Crush 3 cookies finely; mix with sour cream and lemon curd until blended. Spoon into tops of strawberries.
Top with remaining cookies.
