Ingredient list

2 Tbsp. honey
2 tsp. finely chopped seeded jalapeño peppers
4 oz. brick cream cheese, softened
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Combine honey and peppers in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 15 sec.

Beat cream cheese and ricotta in small bowl with mixer until blended. Reserve 1 tsp. honey mixture for later use. Add remaining honey mixture to cream cheese mixture along with the parsley; mix well.

Spread cream cheese mixture onto bottom of serving dish; drizzle with reserved honey mixture. Serve with WHEAT THINS.

Recipe Tips

VariationPrepare using part-skim ricotta cheese and Neufchatel cheese.
Jazz it UpBlend 4 roasted garlic cloves with cream cheese mixture before spreading onto bottom of dish as directed.
