Makes 14 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip and 16 WHEAT THINS each.
Combine honey and peppers in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 15 sec.
Beat cream cheese and ricotta in small bowl with mixer until blended. Reserve 1 tsp. honey mixture for later use. Add remaining honey mixture to cream cheese mixture along with the parsley; mix well.
Spread cream cheese mixture onto bottom of serving dish; drizzle with reserved honey mixture. Serve with WHEAT THINS.
Prepare using part-skim ricotta cheese and Neufchatel cheese.
Blend 4 roasted garlic cloves with cream cheese mixture before spreading onto bottom of dish as directed.
When chopping the jalapeño pepper, do not remove the seeds - they'll add a nice touch of heat to the prepared dip.
