Makes 1-1/4 cups dip or 10 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip and 14 Thin Crisps each.
Cook onions in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Add spinach; cook and stir 2 min. or just until wilted.
Add Neufchatel; cook 1 to 2 min. or until Neufchatel is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly.
Spoon dip into serving bowl; stir in lemon juice and pepper.
Serve with Thin Crisps.
