1 tsp. oil
⅓ cup thawed frozen sofrito tomato sauce
32 RITZ Crackers
⅓ cup cream cheese spread

Directions

Heat oil in small skillet on medium-high heat. Add sofrito; cook and stir 3 min. or until thickened.

Spread 16 crackers with cream cheese spread; top with sofrito.

Cover with remaining crackers to make 16 sandwiches.
