Snack S'mores for One
When you want a sweet bite, try our s'more sandwiches with RITZ Crackers filled with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips. Just microwave for a delicious treat!
Ingredient list
- 4 RITZ Crackers
- 8 miniature marshmallows
- 1 tsp. miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Place 2 crackers in single layer on microwaveable plate; top with marshmallows and chocolate chips.
Microwave on HIGH 10 to 15 sec. or until marshmallows are puffed.
Cover with remaining crackers to make 2 sandwiches. Press top crackers lightly into marshmallows to secure.
