S'more Ice Cream Sandwiches
Take classic s'mores up a notch when you add your favorite flavor of ice cream to the toasted marshmallow filling. Who knew s'mores could be this delicious?
Ingredient list
- 4 HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, broken crosswise in half (8 squares), divided
- 1 milk chocolate bar (1.55 oz.), broken into 4 pieces
- 4 hot toasted marshmallows
- ½ cup strawberry ice cream, slightly softened
Directions
Place 4 graham squares on plate or tray. Top with chocolate pieces, marshmallows and ice cream.
Cover with remaining graham squares to make 4 s'mores, gently pressing top graham squares into ice cream to secure.
