Roasted Pepper-Cheese Bites
These hot appetizer bites are an easy - and delicious! - idea for any casual get-together. Neufchatel and mozzarella melt under roasted red pepper and fresh basil.
Ingredient list
- 4 oz. Neufchatel cheese, softened
- ⅓ cup finely shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
- 24 RITZ Garlic Butter Crackers
- ⅓ cup thin mixed roasted red and yellow pepper strips
- 2 tsp. sliced fresh basil leaves
Directions
Heat oven to 350°F.
Mix Neufchatel cheese and mozzarella cheese until blended; spread onto crackers.
Top with peppers.
Place on baking sheet.
Bake 5 min.
Sprinkle with basil.
