Buying deli roast beef helps make quick assembly of these savory teriyaki beef appetizers topped with a colorful peppers and onions.

Cut meat slices in half; brush with teriyaki glaze. Fold in half; place on crackers.
Cut onion into 2-inch lengths, then cut each piece into thin lengthwise strips.
Top meat with onions, peppers and sesame seed.
This recipe works best when prepared with the smaller eye round or top round roast beef, although any deli roast beef with work. If the folded meat slices are too big to easily fit on the crackers, instead cut each meat slice into thirds. You will need a total of 24 pieces from the 6 oz. roast beef.
Heat 1/2 tsp. toasted sesame oil in small skillet on medium heat. Add sesame seed; cook 3 to 5 min. or until lightly browned, stirring frequently.
