Makes 11 servings, 2 cracker sandwiches and 1 tsp. cranberry sauce each.
Heat oven to 350°F.
Arrange 21 crackers in Christmas tree-shape on parchment-covered baking sheet. Place 1 of the remaining crackers at bottom of tree for the trunk.
Top each cracker on prepared baking sheet with 1 ham piece, 1/2 tsp. cranberry sauce and 1 cheese piece.
Cover with remaining crackers to make 22 cracker sandwiches.
Mix butter and mustard until blended; drizzle evenly over cracker sandwiches.
Bake 10 min. or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven.
Sprinkle with parsley, then add the peppers.
Serve with the remaining cranberry sauce.
Use a 1-1/4-inch star-shaped canape cutter to cut 1 star out of both a red and yellow bell pepper. Place on top of tree just before serving.
Look for the pickled sweet piquante peppers in the condiment section of your supermarket. If you can't find them, you can instead use 3 Tbsp. chopped red bell peppers.
Prepare recipe using your favorite sliced deli meat and/or your favorite variety of cheese.
