Just 4 ingredients and you've got a simple snack idea for the halftime crowd. Sweet potato slices and RITZ Crackers are held together by crisp melted Parmesan cheese.

Makes 7 servings, about 5 crisps each.
Heat oven to 400°F.
Sprinkle 1-1/4 cups Parmesan cheese onto large parchment-covered baking sheet; top evenly with sweet potatoes. Spray with cooking spray.
Top with 1/4 cup of the remaining cheese, then crackers.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese and pepper. Cover loosely with foil.
Bake 10 min. or just until potatoes are tender; remove foil. Bake potatoes an additional 2 to 3 min. or until cheese is lightly browned. Cool completely.
Cool completely until crisps become firm.
