Ingredient list
½ lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, grilled
16 medium shrimp (1/2 lb.), peeled, deveined and grilled
32 RITZ Crackers
2 Tbsp. Sriracha mayonnaise
2 tsp. chopped fresh chives

Cut steak across the grain into 64 thin slices, then cut each shrimp lengthwise in half.
