Cut steak across the grain into 64 thin slices, then cut each shrimp lengthwise in half.
Top crackers with steak, shrimp and mayonnaise.
Sprinkle with chives.
Prepare using 8 thin slices deli roast beef, each cut into 4 pieces.
Prepare using cooked cleaned medium shrimp.
Heat grill to medium heat. Grill steak 3 to 5 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160°F). Remove from grill. Let stand 5 min. before slicing. Meanwhile, grill shrimp 1 to 2 min. on each side or until shrimp turn pink.
