For a change of pace, prepare these simple fruit-topped cracker sandwiches with either all banana slices or all strawberry halves, depending on your family's preference. Either cut 1 small banana into 12 slices or cut 6 small strawberries in half before using as directed.
Prepare these easy treats as directed but do not drizzle them with the caramel topping. Place the treats in an airtight container then freeze them up to 2 days. When ready to serve, remove them from the freezer and let them stand at room temperature for about 10 min. before drizzling them with the caramel topping.
