4 oz. brick cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. finely chopped canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce with 1 tsp. adobo sauce
12 cocktail franks, cut lengthwise in half
24 RITZ Crackers
2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
