Thread 1 EACH cracker, bacon piece, shrimp and olive onto each of 4 (6-inch) wooden skewers. Thread second cracker onto end of each filled skewer. Set aside.
Place 1 of the remaining crackers in each of 4 (6-oz.) cups. Add 2 Tbsp. cheese spread, and 2 EACH red and yellow tomato halves to each cup. Cut remaining olives crosswise in half. Add 2 olive pieces to each cup.
Add 1 skewer, and 1 EACH carrot and celery stick to each cup; serve with cocktail sauce.
Tune in to your hunger and fullness cues. This can help you manage portions.
Substitute your favorite variety of soft cheese spread for the garlic and herb cheese spread.
Serve with small spoons.
