Makes 4 servings, 3 mac and cheese bites each.
Heat oven to 350°F.
Place 1 RITZ Bits in each of 12 mini muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray.
Combine remaining ingredients; spoon over RITZ Bits in pan.
Cover with remaining RITZ Bits, pressing lightly into macaroni and cheese mixture to secure.
Bake 10 to 15 min. or until heated through. Remove from oven. Let stand 5 min.
Run small knife or spatula around edges of muffin pan cups to loosen mac and cheese bites from muffin pan cups before removing them from cups.
This is a great way to use any leftover mac and cheese. But, if your mac and cheese is not as creamy and cheesy as it was when you first made it, stir some milk and shredded cheese into the macaroni and cheese to get a creamier mixture that will hold together when spooned into the muffin pan cups.
Use a 1-1/2-inch cookie dough scoop to easily portion the mac and cheese over the RITZ Bits in each muffin pan cup.
