  • 6 prosciutto slices (3 oz.), quartered
  • 12 cantaloupe balls (1 inch), cut in half

Recipe Tips

  • Note

    If you don't have a melon baller, you can instead top crackers with the prosciutto slices and small 1/4-inch-thick cantaloupe slices.

  • Special Extra

    Garnish each topped cracker with a fresh rosemary sprig.
