Ingredient list
24 CHIPS AHOY! Cookies
1½ cups vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
¼ cup red, white and blue sprinkles
Directions

Top flat sides of each of 12 cookies with ice cream. Cover with remaining cookies to make sandwiches.

Freeze 2 hours or until firm.

Line baking sheet with waxed paper. Dip sandwiches, 1 at a time, halfway into melted chocolate, then into sprinkles; place on prepared baking sheet.
