These mini fruit tarts are perfect desserts for a party. NILLA Wafers are topped with a white chocolate mousse and fresh fruit in this bite size treat.

Ingredient list

  • 4 oz. brick cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 oz. white baking chocolate, melted
  • ¾ cup thawed frozen whipped topping
  • 1 kiwi, peeled
  • 40 NILLA Wafers
  • 40 small raspberries
  • 1 tsp. lemon zest

Directions

Mix cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl until blended. Stir in chocolate. Gently stir in whipped topping.

Cut kiwi lengthwise in half, then crosswise into thin slices.

Pipe or spoon cream cheese mixture onto wafers. Garnish with fruit and zest.

Recipe Tips

  • SubstituteSubstitute your favorite fruit, such as strawberries, drained canned mandarin oranges and/or blueberries, for the raspberries and/or kiwi slices.
  • Special ExtraPrepare recipe as directed, stirring zest into cream cheese mixture. Microwave 1 or 2 Tbsp. apricot preserves or orange marmalade just until warmed; brush onto fruit. Sprinkle with additional lemon zest, if desired.
  • Make AheadCream cheese mixture can be prepared ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 1 week before using as directed.
