Make ahead a batch of these chocolate covered coconut and pecan topped vanilla wafers for a quick and easy candy treat!

Makes 24 servings.
Place wafers in single layer on parchment-covered baking sheet.
Combine coconut, white chocolate, butter and extract.
Spoon 1/2 tsp. semi-sweet chocolate onto each wafer; top with 1 tsp. coconut mixture and 1 pecan half.
Drizzle with remaining semi-sweet chocolate.
Let stand 30 min. or until chocolate is firm.
These clusters, with their own built-in portion control, can be enjoyed on occasion. Just remember to keep tabs on portions.
Substitute vanilla extract for the coconut extract.
