Mini CHIPS AHOY! No Bake Raspberry Cheesecakes
Celebrate after school with these sweet treats! Just top mini chocolate chip cookies with our easy cheesecake mixture and a bit of fruity jam or preserves.
Ingredient list
- 2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) Neufchatel cheese, softened
- 1½ tsp. sugar
- ¼ cup thawed frozen whipped topping
- 36 Mini CHIPS AHOY! Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 5 tsp. raspberry preserves
Directions
Beat Neufchatel cheese and sugar in medium bowl with mixer until blended.
Stir in whipped topping.
Spoon Neufchatel cheese mixture onto tops of cookies, adding about 1/2 tsp. Neufchatel cheese mixture to each cookie.
Top each with 1/4 tsp. preserves.
