Heat oven to 350°F.
Place half of the RITZ Chips, with sides touching, in 13x9-inch rectangular shape on parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet.
Cover with half of the cheese, then chicken, and half EACH of the onions and oregano.
Drizzle with 3 Tbsp. of the barbecue sauce, then 1 Tbsp. of the honey. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Top with remaining RITZ Chips, firmly pressing chips into bottom layers to secure.
Bake 10 to 12 min. or until cheese is melted and RITZ Chips are lightly toasted.
Drizzle with remaining barbecue sauce, then remaining honey. Sprinkle with remaining onions and oregano.
Cut quesadilla into 10 pieces to serve.
Prepare recipe using your favorite flavor of barbecue sauce and/or substituting 2 tsp. dried oregano leaves for the chopped fresh oregano.
Serve topped with additional barbecue sauce and/or hot honey.
Instead of cutting the quesadilla into pieces to serve, you can instead invite your guests to pull the quesadilla apart into pieces as desired.
