Holiday Fiesta Spread
Say "Ole!" to this fun Christmas tree appetizer spread. The spicy cream cheese tree gets topped with all your favorite Mexican flavors.
Ingredient list
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) brick cream cheese, softened
- 1 pkg. (1 oz.) taco seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend, divided
- ¾ cup sour cream
- ½ cup chopped avocados
- 2 Tbsp. sliced black olives
- 1 Tbsp. chopped red peppers
- 2 WHEAT THINS Original Snacks
- RITZ Snowflake Crackers

Recipe Tips
Mix cream cheese, taco seasoning mix and 1/2 cup shredded cheese; spread into Christmas tree shape on 10-inch plate.
Spread with sour cream to within 1/2 inch of edges of tree.
Sprinkle remaining shredded cheese around edges of tree as shown in photo.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Top with avocados, olives and peppers just before serving. Place WHEAT THINS at bottom of tree for the trunk.
Serve with the RITZ Crackers.
