20 OREO Cookies, finely crushed, divided
¼ cup butter, melted
1 pkg. (8 oz.) brick cream cheese, softened
1 tub (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
2 cups boiling water
1 pkg. (8-serving size) orange gelatin
ice cubes
½ cup cold water
3 CAMEO Creme Sandwich Cookies
Assorted colors of decorating icings
10 pieces candy corn
3 pumpkin-shaped candies

Combine 1-1/2 cups cookie crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Beat cream cheese in medium bowl with mixer until creamy. Stir in half the whipped topping with whisk. Spread over crust.

Add boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add enough ice cubes to cold water to measure 1-1/2 cups. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened. Remove and discard any unmelted ice. Spoon gelatin over cream cheese layer.

Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Meanwhile, decorate vanilla creme sandwich cookies with icings to resemble tombstones; set aside until ready to use.

Spread remaining whipped topping over dessert just before serving; sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs. Gently press decorated vanilla cookies into top of dessert. Top with candies.
