Makes 3 servings, 4 topped crackers each.
Flower-Power RITZ
Take your snack time back to the 1960's with these fun cheese and cracker bites. Create flowers out of sliced string cheese and decorate with tomato and guacamole.
Ingredient list
- 3 sticks mozzarella-cheddar string cheese
- 12 RITZ Crackers
- 3 grape tomatoes, each cut into 4 slices
- 1½ tsp. guacamole
Directions
Cut each stick of cheese crosswise into 20 slices.
Arrange 5 cheese slices in circle on top of each cracker to resemble flower petals as shown in photo.
Place 1 tomato slice in center of each flower.
Top tomatoes with guacamole.
