Egg Bites with Capers
Chopped hard boiled eggs and tangy capers pair deliciously and are even better on flavored TRISCUIT Dill & Olive Oil Crackers. It's a great appetizer idea.
Ingredient list
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, coarsely chopped
- 3 Tbsp. drained capers
- 2 Tbsp. coarsely chopped Italian parsley
- 20 TRISCUIT Dill & Olive Oil Crackers
Directions
Combine all ingredients except crackers.
Spoon onto crackers just before serving.
