Heat oven to 350°F.
Mix Neufchatel cheese, sour cream and barbecue sauce in large bowl until blended.
Add chicken, 1-1/4 cups of the cheddar cheese and 3/4 of the bacon.
Spoon into 1-qt. casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese and bacon.
Bake 15 to 18 min. or until dip is heated through. Top with onions.
Serve with the WHEAT THINS.
The dip ingredients can be mixed together ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 3 hours before baking as directed, increasing the baking time to 20 min. or until dip is heated through.
